1 Take the free assessment
The assessment asks about: your HYROX history, recent race or time-trial data, station-by-station bests, body metrics, training availability, equipment access. No email required to start. No payment. The questions are written to expose where your time goes, not just "are you fit?" but "where do you bleed minutes on a HYROX day?".
2 Get your limiter result
The assessment outputs your primary limiter, the single biggest thing standing between you and the next time bracket. Could be compromised running, grip durability, sled posture under fatigue, wall ball pacing, anaerobic capacity, or one of 6 other patterns. The result page shows the diagnostic reasoning, a pacing snapshot, and what would change if this specific limiter improved.
3 Create your free account
If the diagnosis lands, create a free account to save your result and use adaptive training. A$0, no card, no trial and no subscription. Check Settings for saving status before relying on another device.
4 Build your training week
After saving your assessment, tap Build my complete Week 1. LimiterIQ uses your limiter, available time, equipment and assessment inputs to build sessions with its workout engine. Read the prescription and the explanation before starting.
5 Train and save feedback
Open today's workout and record the work you actually complete. Choose Too easy, About right or Too hard, add any relevant limitation or equipment flag, and record the cooldown if one was prescribed. Tap Save feedback & see what comes next. Read the result to see whether the next prescription changed.
