Public · How LimiterIQ works

Five steps from assessment to first session.

What actually happens when you start with LimiterIQ, from the free 29-question assessment all the way to a real prescribed session on your phone. Honest description, no marketing pretense. Read this end-to-end before you start.

1 Take the free assessment

29 questions, under 3 minutes. Mix of: your HYROX history, recent race or time-trial data, station-by-station bests, body metrics, training availability, equipment access. No email required to start. No payment. The questions are written to expose where your time goes, not just "are you fit?" but "where do you bleed minutes on a HYROX day?".

~3 min · free · no email needed

2 Get your limiter result

The assessment outputs your primary limiter, the single biggest thing standing between you and the next time bracket. Could be compromised running, grip durability, sled posture under fatigue, wall ball pacing, anaerobic capacity, or one of 6 other patterns. The result page shows the diagnostic reasoning, a pacing snapshot, and what would change if this specific limiter improved.

4 The AI generates your plan

Onboarding asks ~8 more inputs (race date, equipment access, weekly availability, body details, modifications needed). The plan generator uses your limiter + inputs + HYROX-specific training models to produce a 4-week block of sessions. Average generation time: 30-60 seconds. Each session has a "why this exists" explanation alongside the prescription.

5 Train, log, check in weekly

Each day, the calendar surfaces today's prescribed session. You execute, log RPE + key stats + any pain flag at the end. Every Sunday, the weekly check-in form takes ~3 minutes, what worked, what broke down, what hurt. That check-in feeds next week's generation. The plan adapts to the real data you give it.

Daily · 5 min logging · weekly check-in
The honest claim: LimiterIQ doesn't promise you'll get faster. It promises a structured, limiter-focused training block built on your actual data, that adapts weekly to what you give it. You still have to do the work. Members who actually log honestly and check in weekly see the plan adapt; members who skip logging get a static plan because the system has nothing to adapt to.
