The calculator adds eight 1 km run splits, eight workout-station splits and one combined Roxzone allowance. It is a planning model, not a race-time guarantee. The useful question is not whether the first output looks fast. It is how many inputs you can support with recent training evidence.

The default strong age-group plan uses 42:05 of running, 38:35 of station work and 8:50 in Roxzone. Total: 1:29:30, or 0:30 ahead. The average run is 5:16/km, but the plan begins with zero locked splits. Treat it as a scenario until training supports the individual inputs.
