Common questions
Before you start.
What does "founding rate locked for life" mean?
The first 100 members pay A$29/mo and keep that rate for as long as their subscription is active. When the standard rate increases post-launch (likely A$39-49/mo), founding members keep A$29/mo. If you cancel and later reactivate within 12 months, founding rate is preserved.
What happens during the free assessment?
We email you a reminder on day 5, before anything is charged. You get full paid-tier access for 7 days, card required but A$0 charged during the trial. Cancel any time in two taps and nothing is charged. If you don't cancel by day 7, the first month begins.
What's the refund policy?
If the first 4-week block doesn't match what we described in the marketing pages, full refund, no questions, even after the trial. Email support with your account email within 30 days of the first charge. Refunds processed within 5 business days via Stripe.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues until end of the current billing period, then your account moves to read-only mode. Your data is preserved for 12 months, workout history, profile, Training Lab posts. After 12 months, account-level data is deleted per privacy policy. Reactivate any time within 12 months and you pick up where you left off, at founding rate.
Are there any extra costs?
No. A$29/mo covers everything described in the comparison above. No equipment purchases, no add-on workouts, no premium tiers, no in-app upsells. If we add genuinely new features post-launch, founding members get them at no extra cost.
How is this different from ChatGPT or a generic training plan?
A generic plan doesn't know your limiter, what equipment your gym has, or what you missed last week. LimiterIQ starts by diagnosing your limiter from a 29-question assessment, then builds each week around fixing that one system. And when life happens, a missed session, a lighter sled than race weight, it rebuilds your week instead of pretending you followed the plan. See the full comparison.
