Smart Calendar shipped this week. The weekly view, day strip, today's highlight, move/modify flows, missed-workout safety net. Took 3 build cycles to get right, kept stripping it back. The original spec had 12 sub-pages, ended up with 6 because the others were duplicating existing pages. Pages I cut and why: calendar-insights (folded into the weekly focus banner on limiter-plan), calendar-settings (already in profile-training), safety-check (already in workout-start-gate), swap-equipment (already in workout-modify's equipment reason path), the two 'confirmed' pages (better as inline alerts on the action pages themselves).

Why this room exists
I'm building LimiterIQ in public. Not for transparency theatre, because explaining the decisions out loud forces me to actually have reasons for them, and because founding-rate members are paying based on trust before product. The least I can do is show you what's happening. The honest version: prototype is 90% complete, engineering is 0% started, real launch is 4-6 weeks out. I'll post here as that changes.
The orphan problem. Audit found 9 pages with zero incoming links. 4 are intentional (Stripe returns + error pages). 5 are real navigation problems, marketing pages I forgot to link from anywhere. Next pass: adding a Company footer column with About / Roadmap / Changelog / Press kit / Referrals / Success stories. One change, 5 orphans closed, ~400 site-wide refs added.
Going to be honest about the launch timeline. The prototype is comprehensive, 81 pages, every flow documented, every page in DNA. But it's still a prototype. To actually take payments and serve real plans I need: Stripe price ID (1 hour), Supabase setup with the schema (2-3 days), webhook + access middleware (2 days), AI plan generation route (3-4 days), real auth (1-2 days), lawyer review of privacy + terms (1 week elapsed). Realistic: 4-6 weeks to first paid member. I'll keep posting here as it progresses.
Share something with the room. Your post helps others see real patterns, not just polished highlights.
