Achilles flag this week. 2/10 right side, came on during Tuesday's sled session. Reduced sled load 60→50%, kept lunges, easy run instead of hard run on Saturday. Plan auto-adjusted the next week. Curious how others manage low-grade Achilles stuff, is it 'train through carefully' or 'pull right back'?

Important · this is not a medical room
LimiterIQ does not diagnose injuries. If something is painful enough that you're worried, see a physio, every member I respect has a regular physio. This room is for the next layer: "Given my physio said X, how do I keep training?" Share what your physio cleared you for, what's helping, what you're substituting. Coaches help with training adaptation. They don't diagnose. If pain is changing how you move, stop and get an opinion.
Came back from 6 weeks off for shoulder tendinopathy. Question for the room: when do you trust the wall balls again? Currently doing modified low-target work but I miss the real thing.
Old ACL repair (2018). Plan generation flagged me as 'protect lateral knee movement' and I've been doing modified lunges (forward only, no reverse) for 3 weeks. What surprised me: forward-lunge specificity actually improved my single-leg power more than mixing in reverse lunges did. The constraint became the focus.
Share something with the room. Your post helps others see real patterns, not just polished highlights.
