How to ask for a form check

Describe what you feel, not just what you think is wrong. "My right knee feels like it's collapsing inward on the lunge" is useful. "My form is bad" is not. Video is best but a clear written description + the drill name often gets you to the right answer faster than you'd think. Check the drill library before posting, half the form fixes are already documented there.

BBJ landing question. I'm hearing a hard 'thwack' on the landing of every rep. Knees feel fine, but it can't be good. Should I be landing softer or is this just what 80 reps in a row sounds like?

Hard thwack usually means heel-strike landing. You want a midfoot soft landing with knees absorbing, should be quiet. Watch the BBJ drill video in the library, the 'soft landing cue' section. If you can't fix the noise within a session, scale back the height by 5cm. Quiet reps now beat loud reps that injure you in 4 weeks.

Sled push form check: am I supposed to be running behind it or driving it? Conventional running mechanics feel wrong with the sled handles. Locked-elbow drive feels more powerful but slower. Which is right for HYROX pace?

Sandbag walking lunge, where should the bag sit? Front rack, front-loaded carry, or bear hug? Did all three in this week's session and bear hug felt steady but slow, front rack felt fast but I was dropping it by rep 30.
